Trip Highlights include mountain gorilla trekking
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
After morning breakfast at your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe, you will meet your safari driver who will give you a short briefing about the safari. Afterwards, check out of the hotel and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park which is around 8-9 hours and on your way you will have lunch en-route and when you arrive in the park you will check into your lodge.
Overnight accommodation depends on the group you are tracking the next day.
Day 2: Mountain gorilla trekking
After early morning breakfast at your lodge, you will be picked by your safari guide and head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park together with your packed lunch, while in the park you will be briefed about the rules and regulations about mountain gorilla trekking at the park’s headquarters.
You will then embark on one of the most enthralling wildlife activity that will leave blown away with the memory of it.
When you find the gorillas you will granted only 1 hour to stay in the presence of the gorillas while observing their behavior and taking pictures as long as your flashlight is off.
Day 3: Transfer back to Kampala
After morning breakfast at your lodge, you will have checkout and together with your safari guide you will embark on a journey heading back to Kampala, on your way you will have stoppages for lunch and at the Equator. You will arrive in Kampala and be transferred to Entebbe for your flight back home with subsequent end of the tour.
